Preparation: Part utilize bark,leaves,fruits make it air dry.
For: dysentery,the 7 sprout of zizyphus or mansanitas and 1 grasp slice of bark boil 3 glass of water until 2 glass remain, drink 3 times a day, the herbs is very effective.
For: colesterol problem,avoiding gallbadder, one grasp fruits of zizyphus with one grasp of
slice celery decoction 3 glass of water drink 3 times a day.
The mansanitas or kalumpit very high of calcium,phosphorus and vitamin C.
For: Ulcer problem, first day the 21 sprout mansanitas or kalumpit boil 2 glass of water
and drink, second day 14 sprout boil 2 glass of water again in 3 days 7 sprout until one week in desame ideal.
